Knowledge Series Workshop
Our quarterly Knowledge Series workshops bring senior professionals together for intensive, hands-on learning and peer exchange. The first edition, ‘AI-Powered Design Thinking’, held at Oceans Creek Resort in Balaclava, focused on how the interplay of human-centred design methods and generative AI can reshape business strategies and leadership. At Doracrea we orchestrated the training, facilitated interactions, and helped organisations leap from idea to applied innovation.

Learn-AI Innovation Challenge
Together with our partners (including Mauritius Telecom, the Office of the President, the Ministry of Education & Human Resources, and the Ministry of ICT), we launched the Learn-AI initiative to equip lower sixth/Grade 12 students across Mauritius and Rodrigues with foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence through competition-based training. At Doracrea we led the design, delivery, and mentoring of the workshops, helping students to move from understanding AI to applying it in real-world challenges. This flagship program reflects our commitment to building future-ready skills in the island’s youth.
