Our quarterly Knowledge Series workshops bring senior professionals together for intensive, hands-on learning and peer exchange.
The first edition, ‘AI-Powered Design Thinking’, held at Oceans Creek Resort in Balaclava, focused on how the interplay of human-centred design methods and generative AI can reshape business strategies and leadership.

Learn-AI Innovation Challenge
The Learn-AI initiative is a national programme launched with key institutional partners to introduce Grade 12 students across Mauritius and Rodrigues to the fundamentals of artificial intelligence through competition-based learning.
Doracrea led the design and delivery of the workshops, mentoring students to move beyond theory and apply AI concepts to real-world challenges. The programme reflects Doracrea’s commitment to building future-ready digital skills among the island’s youth and strengthening the national innovation ecosystem.
